PAYMENT INFORMATION:I will only take Paypal as the method of payment and USD is the only currency I will take due to conversion fees.My commissions must be paid in full before I can start work on the art itself. Payment plans are currently unavailable.I reserve the right to refuse service to commissioners that violate my TOS or are otherwise being disrespectful, manipulative or attempt to scam me.If I am unable to start work on the commission after you have already paid, you will receive a full refund. If I've already started work on your commission but am unable to complete it, you will receive a partial refund based off how much the drawing had been completed.BY COMMISSIONING ME:You confirm you are over 18 years old. I will not willingly work with minors as my commissioners.You agree to not trace or claim the art as your own.You agree to not feed the commissioned work (or any of my art in general) into an AI algorithm of any kind.You agree to not use my art for monetization/profit of any sort.
This includes NFTs, mass production, merchandising, AI art etc. Use in Youtube videos or thumbnails is permitted as long as I'm credited in the description with a link to my SFW twitter.You agree to only use my art for personal use only. Posting on your own accounts or sharing with your friends is permitted as long as i'm either credited or my watermark is fully visible. My watermark must be a part of the final drawing. I will not make any watermark-less versions.You agree to either allow me to post the commissioned art on any of my social medias or show to people in my inner circles. You may choose to remain anonymous in either circumstances. I will not tag you or mention any identifying details without your explicit written permission unless you've violated my TOS. This is essentially a precaution I take to ensure that people know the work is mine.You understand that doing commissions is a customer service job and that i'm providing you the standard treatment any other customer service worker would provide. I am friendly, but I am not your friend.TIME ESTIMATES:
The estimate for how long it might take to complete a drawing will vary with each commission depending on complexity or detail. However, If the process is taking longer than expected I will notify you.After I give you my estimate, it is my responsibility to complete the commission within or around that time. If it has been longer than a month than my estimate, you will receive a partial refund.You are welcome to check with me about the status of my progress at anytime. I'll respond back as soon as possible with a screenshot of my work. Please understand that I'm not available 24/7 and I may not get back to you immediately.If you need the work done before a specific deadline, please refer to my commission sheet to see which options have deadline availability.Also, please be aware that I require the date of the deadline BEFORE I begin working. You will not be entitled to a refund if you fail to provide a date after I've begun working, however I will still finish your commission.FINAL DISCLAIMER:
